REFUND POLICY

Customer is eligible for a full refund, minus the delivery charges, if the repair order is cancelled before start of the repair process.

If customer is seeking refund during the repair process, the cost incurred thus far, including the service, parts and pickup/deliver cost, will be charged.

In cases where additional expense is required (For eg, diagnosis reveals additional damage etc..), customer will be informed of the same. The order will be completed only if customer agrees to the additional expense. If customer does not agree with the additional cost, the device will be returned. Diagnosis and pickup/delivery charge will be charged in this case.
