Post the display iPad Pro 2021 teardown, we look at the all-new developments taking place around the camera:
First – the pro camera system brings together the wide and ultra wide cameras for an out-of-the-world photography and videography experience. With a wide (12 mp) camera and a 10 mp ultra wide camera, you can shoot at 125° field of view. Optical zoom is 2x and the digital zoom is up to 5x, which come with a brighter true tone flash and a panoramic view of u p to 63 mega pixels (no kidding here).
With a wider color capture ability for photos and live photos, the autofocus feature works well and allows you to capture pictures without worrying about red-eye or any such stabilization issue. The auto-image stabilization along with the burst modes allow you to click pictures instantly and with great quality.
The iPad Pro teardown explains the great capacity of capturing videos on your iPad Pro:
When it comes to videography, the iPad Pro teardown allows us to understand the great features, which were installed for a better recording experience with your tablet. 4K video recording up to 60 frames per second (fps) makes it a dynamic recording experience. If not using the wide lens, you can still record at 1080p HD at up to 60 fps. There’s also an extended dynamic range for capturing videos at up to 30 fps.
The new features include playback zoom, cinematic stabilization and stereo recording.
Next, in this iPad Pro 2021 teardown, we look at the Face ID features that makes this new-generation of iPad easier to use:
The new Face ID update in the iPad Pro 11” (3rd generation) sees the use of TrueDepth camera for better facial recognition. Now it is easier to unlock your iPads and easier to secure your personal data for all your diverse applications. The Face ID feature also allows users to make purchases from the iTunes Store, Apple Store, and Apple Books.
Finally in the iPad Pro 2021 teardown, we move to developments that makes this device a brand new adventure for Apple enthusiasts:
- The Apple 11-inch iPad Pro, along with the 12.9 inch iPad Pro were updated in April, 2021
- The update brings forward the faster Apple M1 chip, 5G connectivity, a new Magic keyboard, and the Apple Pencil 2
- Could feature wireless charging capabilities in the coming months
