“Rapid Repair” and rapidrepair.in are brand names owned and operated by iFixedit Private Limited.
Rapid Repair will attempt the repair only for the issue selected by the customer on the website. However, in cases where additional repair/parts are required to fix the issue, we would take estimate approval from the customers via call or email as required. If customer is not available for the approval of additional cost, the order will be put on hold till we get a response.
Local Service Tax / GST / Other Taxes extra and will be charged over and above the cost as mentioned on the website.
The time for the repairs pickup will be between 11 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday.
Turn around time for all the repairs is between 4 to 5 business days. It may take longer because of delays owing to customer approval, non-availability of spares and non-availability of other repair functions. Same will be communicated as and when required. Pickup and Delivery time will not be included in the aforesaid period.
We will attempt delivering the repaired device twice, at the time agreed by the customer. If customer is not available to take the delivery at both times, customer is liable to pickup the device themselves from our service center. In such cases, if the device is not picked up within 20 days, Rapid Repair has the right to dispose the device as we deem fit.
There can be multiple calls to customer for No Display / Not Powering. Customer will provide approval on each call for spares if product requires more than one spare. In case, product hardware is damaged it may be possible that while repairing and diagnosing the damaged part, the other part stops functioning. In that case, Rapid Repair will not be liable to return the product exact/partial working condition if the customer do not approve further repair. In case, the customer does not approve the repairs after the repair attempt / estimate, the product might not be brought back to the same condition while it was picked up.
Customer is liable to pay for only the pickup and drop charges if the product is returned without Repair.
The customer fully indemnifies Rapid Repair for any or all software / licenses validity/originality that the customer has on its equipment /device. Rapid Repair does not participate or promote piracy of any kind.
Rapid Repair does not guarantee data loss prevention and any sort of data recovery. Data Backup of the device is sole responsibility of the customer.
It is highly recommended that, wherever possible, customer backs up the device data before handing over the device for repair.
Rapid Repair advices all its customers to retain original CDs/Licenses for any or all application Software /Licenses that are pre-installed on the gadget/ device. Rapid Repair is not responsible for any loss of installed application software during the process of repair.
Rapid Repair reserves the rights to replace the hardware spares with Original / Premium After-market version as per the price approved and market availability.
While every effort will be made to take proper care of your equipment, Rapid Repair assumes no responsibilities for loss or damage due to theft, fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
