  • Website Terms:

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Standard Terms And Conditions”) contained herein on this website, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full.

The following are expressly and emphatically restricted:

 

      1. Publishing any content of this Website material in any media
      2. Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any material
      3. Publicly performing and/or showing any material
      4. Using this Website material in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website
      5. Using this Website material in any way that impacts user access to this Website
      6. Using this Website material contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity
      7. Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this Website
      8. Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing

This Website is provided “as is” with all faults, and iFixedit Pvt Ltd makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

 

  • Payment Terms:
      1. GST of 18% is applicable on all repairs and part replacement.
      2. For deliveries being done by Rapid Repair executives, payment is due upon receipt of the device.
      3. For deliveries being done by Rapid Repair logistics partner, payment is due upon receipt of invoice by the customer via email.
      4. In case of non-payment of dues, Rapid Repair will wait for 15 days from the presentation of invoice to the customer. Post 15 days, Rapid Repair has the right to retain the customer’s device to recover the cost of repair incurred.
  • Refund Terms:

We strive for our customer’s to be fully satisfied with our services. On an off chance that a customer is not fully satisfied with our services, we will refund the money back to the customer only in the following scenarios:

 

      1. Refund should be claimed within 7 days of successful receipt of the repaired device.
      2. Refund will be only initiated and processed if the total amount, due to the company as per the invoice, has been paid in full.
      3. Refund will be initiated based on the said invoice number only.
      4. Refund amount will be limited to parts/services paid for as mentioned in the invoice and the minimum service cost shall be retained (Including logistics/shipping, and other associated overheads).
      5. It will be sole discretion of Rapid Repair to ask for the part installed (If Any) back before processing the refund amount as per company policy.
  • Warranty Terms:

Warranty terms are subject to Device manufacturer and type of repair performed. A customer can avail warranty for up to 2 times during the warranty tenure as described in subsequent section.

 

  • Apple Devices:
        1. iPhone, iPad and iWatch: Rapid Repair provides lifetime warranty on all parts excluding batteries. Lifetime warranty covers ONLY manufacturing defects/workmanship of the parts installed.
        2. MacBook: Rapid Repair provides 1 year warranty on all parts excluding batteries. 1 year warranty covers ONLY manufacturing defects/workmanship of the parts installed.
        3. Rapid Repair provides 1 year warranty on batteries. Warranty on Battery is NOT valid in case of excessive charging, overnight charging or use of non-OEM Charging Cable/Adapters or Swollen Batteries.
        4. Rapid Repair provides 6 months warranty on all Motherboard (Level 4) Repairs.
        5. Warranty is applicable only for the specific part/repair performed. Furthermore, Issue symptom being the same, if tech diagnosis confirms addition repairs required (Outside of previous repair done), it will NOT be considered an in-warranty instance.
        6. Warranty is subject to reasonable wear and tear. Warranty does NOT include Accidental Damage/Breakage, Pressure Damage, Water Damage, Exposure to extreme conditions and/or misuse of the device in any way.
  • OnePlus Devices:
        1. Rapid Repair provides 1 year warranty on all parts including batteries. 1 year warranty covers ONLY manufacturing defects/workmanship of the parts installed.
        2. Rapid Repair provides 6 months warranty on all Motherboard (Level 4) Repairs.
        3. Warranty on Battery is NOT valid in case of excessive charging, overnight charging or use of non-OEM Charging Cable/Adapters or Swollen Batteries.
        4. Warranty is applicable only for the specific part/repair performed. Furthermore, Issue symptom being the same, if tech diagnosis confirms addition repairs required (Outside of previous repair done), it will NOT be considered an in-warranty instance.
        5. Warranty is subject to reasonable wear and tear. Warranty does NOT include Accidental Damage/Breakage, Pressure Damage, Water Damage, Exposure to extreme conditions and/or misuse of the device in any way.
  • Service Terms:
      1. Rapid Repair will attempt the repair only for the issue approved by the customer. However, in cases where additional repair/parts are required to fix the issue, Rapid Repair would take cost and time estimate approval from the customers via call or email as required. If customer is not available for the approval of additional estimate, the order will be put on hold till we get a response.
      2. Turnaround time for all the repairs is between 4 to 5 business days. It may take longer because of delays owing to customer approval, non-availability of spares and non-availability of other repair functions. Same shall be communicated to the customer as and when required. Pickup and Delivery time will not be included in the aforesaid repair period.
      3. Customer understands that getting the device repaired from Rapid Repair will render the manufacturer warranty (If Any) void. Rapid Repair shall not be responsible for any loss arising from the same.
      4. Once the repair work starts, Rapid Repair will not be liable to return the product in exact same condition as it was before the device arrival at Rapid Repair centre. In case, the customer changes mind after the repair attempt / estimate approval, the product might not be brought back to the same condition.
      5. There will be a minimum service charge if customer does not give the approval for repair post the estimate is shared by Rapid Repair or customer does not want to get the device repaired for any other reason. The minimum service charge is Rs 1000 + GST for Phones/Tablets and Rs 1500 + GST for Laptops.
      6. Rapid Repair does not guarantee data loss prevention and any sort of data recovery. Data Backup of the device is sole responsibility of the customer.
      7. It is highly recommended that, wherever possible, customer backs up the device data, resets the device (In case of mobile phones and Tablets) before handing over the device for repairs.
      8. Rapid Repair does not repair devices that are locked with Apple ID. Customer should reset their device before sending for repair or log out from their Apple ID.
      9. Rapid Repair is not responsible for any loss of 3rd party application/software during the process of repair.
      10. Rapid Repair provides standby phones for the customers to use while their device is under repair. The standby devices are Rapid Repair property and customers are liable to return the devices in the same condition as they were received. In case the standby device is damaged by mishandling, misplaced or lost, while it is in custody of the customer, he/she will be liable to pay for the damage caused. The amount will be ascertained by Rapid Repair based on company policy.
      11. Customer should be an adult to avail Rapid Repair services. Under no circumstances will Rapid Repair provide services to a minor, customer should be above the age of 18 and competent.
      12. Rapid Repair will attempt delivery of the repaired device twice at the time and location agreed by the customer. If customer is not available to take the delivery at both times, Rapid Repair will not attempt the delivery again. In these cases, customer is liable to pickup the device themselves from Rapid Repair service centre. If the device is not picked up within 20 days of repair complete intimation to the customer, Rapid Repair has the right to retain the device  and dispose it as it deem fit. 
  • General Terms:
      1. In no event shall iFixedit Pvt Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of your devices, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and iFixedit Pvt Ltd, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related.
      2. Force Majeure: While every effort will be made to take proper care of your equipment, Rapid Repair assumes no responsibilities for loss or damage of customer’s device due to Theft, fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
      3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
      4. iFixedit Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change/modify these terms (as a whole or parts there of) without giving any prior intimation. Any changes will be effective immediately upon presentation on the website.
      5. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Haryana, and local courts located in Gurgaon for the resolution of any disputes.
