Do you offer any type of warranty on iPad repairs?

For all iPad repair, we offer a life-time warranty on all parts except the battery. We offer a one-year warranty on the battery we have replaced.

Do I have to pay online before sending the iPad for repair?

Until your iPad is repaired and passed all the QC steps, you don’t need to pay us a dime. Once it is ready for dispatch, you can pay us by whatever means is convenient for you. We accept payment through cash, card, UPI, Wallet, Online or Bank Transfer.

Do you require my passcode for iPad repair?

You should take a backup and reset the iPad before you hand over the device to us. This is because, we will need full access to the device for a good testing and quality check. If you are unable to do so, testing of the functionalities of the camera, WiFi, speakers etc. cannot be done.

My iPad is disabled. Can you restore it without losing my data?

Depending on the reason why the iPad got disabled, there is a small chance that it can be restored without Data Loss. Sometimes, it is just not possible, and the iPad needs to be reset before it can be used, and your data will be lost in that case. Don’t worry, before we move to the next step, we will take your confirmation and proceed only when you have given a go-ahead.

Is it expensive to fix an iPad?

Well, that depends on the issue. If it is a part replacement such as Display, the cost will be high and it may get expensive. But if it is other small components and level 4 repair works, the costing will be economical.

We do not provide On-Site repair service but we do provide doorstep pickup and drop service.

Is Rapid Repair certified by Apple for repair?

No, we are Independent Repair Provider (IRP) but all our techs are qualified and certified on Apple products by global companies such as REWA, iFIXIT etc.

Can I replace the glass on my iPad?

Yes, it’s possible if you have iPad 2nd Gen till iPad 9th Gen, iPad Air 1st Gen and iPad Mini 1st Gen till 3rd Gen. All these models have Digitizer separate from the LCD Display Panel.

How do you fix a cracked screen?

Our qualified technicians and precision tools help peel off the broken / cracked screen from the iPad. Once done, we replace the new screen panel and paste it with water resistant glue.

Can iPad screen damage be repaired?

How do you tell if an iPad needs a new battery?

Firstly, we check the battery health by connecting the iPad with our 3rd party tools. If it is less than 80% we suggest replacement of the battery with a new one. Second, the physical condition of the battery, if it is swollen or damaged due to physical or water impact, then also we suggest to replace the battery with new one.

Is it OK to leave the iPad plugged in all the time?

No, it is not a good practice. The battery doesn’t work at its peak performance capacity and also there are high chances of the charging jack or battery getting spoilt due to overcharging.
