Do you offer any type of warranty on iPhone repairs?

For all iPhone repair, you get a Life-Time warranty on all parts, except the battery, which comes with a one-year warranty as it is a consumable component and degrades with time and usage.

Do you need my SIM Card for repairing my iPhone?

Nope. We have our own SIM cards for testing, there is no need to send yours.

Will you require my passcode for iPhone repair?

We recommend that ideally before handing over your iPhone, you should take a backup and reset the iPhone, because for a proper testing and quality check we need full access to the Phone. In case you are unable to reset the iPhone, we will not be able to conduct a thorough testing and the testing will be restricted to live call and partial touch test, but other functionalities like that of the camera, WiFi, battery health etc. will remain untested.

Do I have to pay online before sending the iPhone for repair?

You do not need to pay anything until your iPhone is repaired and our post repair QC is completed. Once done, you will get the reports and invoice on your email. You can pay either by cash, card, UPI, Wallet, Online or Bank Transfer, whatever is comfortable and convenient to you.

What happens to my data if my iPhone is dead and I have given it you for repair?

If your iPhone is already dead, we will first attempt to repair it while ensuring there is no data loss. But in case, it is stuck at a point where it is not possible to proceed without formatting or resetting the phone, we will call you and check if you have a taken an iCloud or iTunes backup. If you do not have a backup, we can return the device without resetting and you can try some data recovery solution. Once you have the data backup, we can continue with the repair.

What should I do if my iPhone falls in water or another liquid?

Firstly, do not attempt to turn the phone on as that can cause a serious short circuit. Next, call our Customer Service Representative at 8130609004 and schedule a repair as soon as possible. The sooner we get to work on the device, higher the chances of success.

My iPhone screen has some tiny yellow spots at the top right corner, does it need a replacement?

Yes, unfortunately the yellow spots indicate a likely pressure damage on the screen, which means that the entire display frame assembly will have to be replaced with a new one.
